Al señor Presidente del Banco Central de Chile, solicitándole conceda una ampliación de la Circular Nº 1645, con el fin de incluir a Iquique en goce especial de fijación de dólares a Eº 12.21 por el año 1971, y Eº 15.80, por el año 1972. Esta petición me ha sido formulada por el Sindicato de Dueños de Camiones de Iquique; franquicia que les permitirá financiar la adquisición de repuestos y poder renovar los vehículos para atender el servicio que prestan para toda la zona de Tarapacá. "
