El señor GAZMURI ( Vicepresidente ).-
Proyecto de ley, en primer trámite constitucional, que crea el Consejo Superior de Empresas Públicas; regula las Empresas de Auditoría Externa, y modifica el estatuto de los directores de las sociedades anónimas, las normas de administración de éstas y los estatutos de las empresas públicas, con informe de la Comisión de Hacienda.
