El proyecto de ley de la Cámara de Diputados que regula la aplicación de normas sobre endeudamiento excesivo en financiamiento de proyectos y otras materias tributarias, informado por la Comisión de Hacienda y con urgencia calificada de "suma", no fue objeto de indicaciones y el plazo para presentarlas ya venció.
