Señor Presidente , puedo entender todos los argumentos que se señalan, porque conozco las facultades del Banco Central. Pero fijar un límite para la compra y venta única que exige la identificación del comprador me parece que está a años luz de afectar las atribuciones del Banco Central, ¡años luz! Y no uno, sino varios años luz, porque no afecta la capacidad de pago, ni el marco regulatorio, nada del Banco Central.
